Professor James Mouangue Kobila, Chairperson of the Cameroon Human Rights Commission (CHRC) and Chairperson of the Network of African National Human Rights Institutions (NANHRI), extends his compliments to His Majesty Aboubakary Abdoulaye, Lamido of Rey Bouba and former member of Cameroon’s national human rights institution, on his election as President of the Senate on 17 March 2026. These compliments were presented at the closing ceremony of the parliamentary session of March, held on 8 April 2026.
